I have worked for numerous companies on their strategy development ranging from identifying attractive markets to compete in, strategic positioning, competitive moves to detailed execution plans.
I have supported numerous M&A transactions up to 10bn EUR. My work relates to M&A development, deal structuring, competitive intelligence, negotiation support and post merger management. As a business angel I have worked / participated also in a number of medium sized private deals.
I have supported many clients on their GoToMarket strategy, including defining their competitive positioning, customer segmentation, channel strategy, strategic and tactical pricing, marketing messaging, channel steering and reporting.
Given my strong technology focus I have supported several clients in their digital transformation journeys. Topics include use case identification, designing digital journeys, technology stack choices, selection of technology partners and change management.
